PRENATAL REFORMER PILATES

Tuesdays, 7:00PM & Thursdays, 5:30PM

Take this opportunity to connect with other island Mums on a similar journey. Learn the importance of breath-work, awareness of & strengthening of pelvic floor, core abdominal & gluteal muscles, improve your balance and reduce back pain. Stay strong while you prepare for the arrival of your little one!

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Exercises are performed on the reformer, however, some might be incorporated on the mat for more comfort. All mats and props are provided. 

These classes help you gain an understanding of your changing body while keeping yourself strong and mobile. These are not progression classes and are more gentle than our general classes. Modifications are provided through each trimester. You must have been given clearance to exercise from your GP and/or Midwife.
